NOTICE: Planned Interac Maintenance Activity - AVIS : Activité de maintenance planifiée Interac Apr 25, 2026 22:00 - Apr 26, 2026 10:00 EDT

Interac has advised Moneris of a planned maintenance activity taking place from April 25 to April 26, between 10:00 p.m. ET and 10:00 a.m. ET. During this window, Interac In-App and Mobile Wallet transactions may be impacted.

If a transaction does not go through, customers should be encouraged to use their physical card or another non-Interac card stored in their mobile wallet or in-app to complete their purchase

Should this window change, we will make every effort to share updates on rescheduled times as soon as possible.

Interac a informé Moneris d'une activité de maintenance planifiée prévue du 25 au 26 avril, entre 22 h 00 (heure de l'Est) et 10 h 00 (heure de l'Est). Pendant cette période, les transactions Interac In-App et via portefeuille mobile pourraient être affectées.

Si une transaction échoue, encouragez vos clients à utiliser leur carte physique ou une autre carte non Interac enregistrée dans leur portefeuille mobile ou dans l'application pour finaliser leur achat

Si ces horaires venaient à changer, nous ferons tout notre possible pour vous communiquer les nouvelles dates dès que possible.

Update - Interac has postponed this maintenance activity and has not provided a revised schedule at this time. We are awaiting further direction from Interac and will update this notice once a new timeline is confirmed.

This maintenance notice remains open while we wait for Interac to confirm next steps.

Intermittent processing impacts to card present and card not present - Important Update
Resolved - Incident Number : INC0179937
Moneris experienced a service disruption affecting all transaction methods.

The issue was identified at 03:29 AM ET on April 16 2026 and was successfully resolved at 03:39 AM ET on April 16 2026. During the disruption, affected clients experienced intermittent processing impacts to card present and not present environments.

We recognize the importance of payment acceptance to the day-to-day operations of our clients and regret any inconvenience this may have caused. 

The details of this disruption have been documented and will be used to help us improve our platforms and your experience with Moneris.

Moneris a éprouvé une interruption de service affectant toutes méthodes de transaction.

Le problème a été détecté à 3 h 29 (heure de l'Est) le 16 avril 2026 et a été résolu avec succès à 3 h 39 (heure de l'Est) le 16 avril 2026. Pendant cette interruption, les clients concernés ont subi des perturbations intermittentes dans le traitement des transactions, tant en mode « carte présente » qu'en mode « carte non présente ».
