Scheduled - Please be advised that the previously scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, has been rescheduled to March 16, 2025, between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM EST. This will affect locations in the Central Region (Ontario).

This maintenance activity is required to complete mandatory Interac compliance updates.

During these activities, Interac debit payment processing will be temporarily impacted for up to 2 hours within the maintenance window.

Credit payment processing will not be affected and will remain functional throughout the duration of the scheduled maintenance activity.

Affected Merchants:
• Moneris merchants in the Central region, with merchant numbers beginning with 00302xxxxxxxx.

We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Veuillez noter que la maintenance prévue le mardi 28 janvier 2025 a été reportée au 16 mars 2025, entre 04:00 et 07:00 (HNE). Cette maintenance affectera les sites de la région centrale (Ontario).

Cette activité de maintenance est nécessaire pour effectuer les mises à jour obligatoires de la conformité Interac.

Au cours de ces activités, le traitement des paiements par débit Interac sera temporairement interrompu pendant deux heures au maximum au cours de la fenêtre de maintenance.

Le traitement des paiements par crédit ne sera pas affecté et restera fonctionnel pendant toute la durée de l'activité de maintenance programmée.
