Moneris can confirm the disruption that affected multiple applications and services for some merchants was the result of a Cloudflare incident.

Our internal monitoring shows transaction processing has returned to normal for impacted clients, teams continue to monitor the situation closely.

Moneris’ internal monitoring shows the service disruption affecting the installink IVR for some merchant in the central region has been resolved, and normal IVR transaction processing has resumed.

We recognize the importance of payment acceptance to the day-to-day operations of our clients and regret any inconvenience this may have caused. 

The details of this disruption have been documented and will be used to help us improve our platforms and your experience with Moneris.
